As the Customer Success Lead at PixelDesk, I found the onboarding process with Utexas incredibly smooth, allowing us to migrate our entire marketing team in just a week with minimal training. The automation features, especially the task creation from client emails, have been a game changer for us. However, the reporting dashboard feels a bit limited, and we often need to manually clean up CSV exports. Additionally, mobile notifications sometimes arrive with a delay. Overall, I'd rate Utexas an eight out of ten, and with a few improvements, it could easily be a nine.
