Using Pixeldesk has been a game changer for us at Initech, Inc. The onboarding process was incredibly smooth, allowing us to migrate our entire marketing team in just a week with almost no training required. The automation rules for task assignment have significantly streamlined our workflow, especially compared to our previous tool, Trello. While the core product is solid, I do find the reporting dashboard a bit limited, requiring manual cleanup for client-wise billing hours. Additionally, mobile app notifications sometimes experience delays. Overall, I'd rate Pixeldesk an 8 out of 10, and with a few tweaks, it could easily be a 9.
