they gave us foam. One of them, my favorite dish that I really liked was a dessert where they use nitrogen rose and once the guy swallowed the rose and the nitrogen and then swallowed across the dish three times you get to participate in it when the girl actually clapped and the rose just broke apart onto the dish and you get to eat it and that was an amazing experience. Everyone should experience it at least once.
