Tarka Indian Kitchen knocked it out of the park with my takeout order last night — and I'm still thinking about it!
The Vegetable Samosas traveled perfectly. Still crispy, beautifully spiced, and absolutely delicious right out of the bag. A great sign for a to-go order!
The star of the night was the Saag Chana Curry with garlic naan. The curry was rich, velvety, and packed with deep, aromatic flavor — the chickpeas were tender and soaked up every bit of that gorgeous sauce. The garlic naan was soft, fragrant, and perfect for scooping. Everything held up incredibly well for a takeout meal, which honestly impressed me.
