Rastegar Property Company is an established real estate developer based out of Austin. I had a conversation with Anthony Keeton from their team about their Kyle Master Plan development project. They were very professional, and answered all my questions with patience and respect. They also involved IFT, a 3rd party due diligence company to walk me through the details of the deal. So far my interactions with them have been very good and the Kyle project seems very promising. I would recommend you to check this out!
