Pixeldesk has been a game changer for us, especially with its automation rules for task assignments. The onboarding process was incredibly smooth, allowing us to migrate our entire marketing team within a week with minimal training. While the core product is very solid, the reporting dashboard could use some improvement, as we need cleaner client-wise billing hours exports. Additionally, mobile app notifications sometimes lag. Overall, I'd rate Pixeldesk an eight out of ten, and with a few tweaks, it could easily be a nine.
