Last night's dinner at Nori was nothing short of magical. My friend and I had been looking forward to this visit, and it absolutely exceeded every expectation. We started the evening with an espresso martini and a lavender gin & tonic — both beautifully crafted and the perfect way to set the mood. The impossible gyoza arrived as our appetizer, and honestly, we were already sold after the first bite. Perfectly crisp on the outside, packed with juicy flavor inside — you'd never guess it was plant-based. Then came the small plates: the Volcano and the Manhattan. I genuinely don't have the words to do them justice. The flavor combinations were bold, creative, and executed flawlessly. Every single bite was a revelation — this is the kind of food that makes you stop mid-conversation just to appreciate what you're eating. What made the whole experience even more special was our server. She was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely generous in guiding us through the menu. It felt less like being waited on and more like being taken care of by someone who truly loves what they do. Nori has set a new benchmark for what plant-based dining can be.
