So, I went to this place called Missy vegan, a Mexican restaurant in Austin and the food was pretty good, it was quite flavorful and they had this kind of a vegan pulled pork thing which was also pretty good. I don't know how real pulled pork tastes like, but I thought that this was pretty tasty. So if you're in Austin, I would highly recommend checking out Missy Vegan.
