House of Three Gorges on Research Blvd Austin is the best authentic sichuan food you can find in Austin. I love their Mapo Tofu and I can’t stop eating it! It has the perfect balance of Ma-La and they use authentic sichuan ingredients that tingle your taste buds. Try them if u are a Sichuan cousin fan and you won’t regret it!
