I was a little skeptical about the essential oils claim but I looked into it and clove oil in particular has actual antimicrobial properties so it's not just marketing fluff. whether it's that or the other ingredients I don't know but my gums feel healthier less puffy and the sensitivity I had along my gum line is basically gone after 6 weeks. the fresh breath from the mint-clove combo is also noticeably better and lasts longer than my old toothpaste did. genuinely surprised by this one

first week I was like ok nothing is happening. second week same. almost returned it. then somewhere around week 3-4 I realized I'd eaten a whole bowl of ice cream and hadn't flinched. that was the moment. the instructions say consistent use and they mean it this isn't an overnight thing. but if you stick with it twice a day it really does build up protection like they say. the clove oil gives it a slightly different taste than typical toothpaste but I liked it once I adjusted

I only buy cruelty free personal care products so my options for sensitive toothpaste were pretty limited. most of the ethical ones I tried didn't do much for sensitivity. this one actually works. my gums have been less inflamed looking and the sharp pain I used to get with acidic foods (tomatoes citrus) has gone down a lot. been using for about 7 weeks. I pair it with oil pulling like they suggest and my mouth just feels cleaner overall. will repurchase

started buying this for myself after my dentist mentioned hydroxyapatite as a fluoride-free enamel support option. used it for 2 months noticed my sensitivity got way better mentioned it to my wife who also has sensitive teeth now we both use it and I ordered a second tube. the ingredients are clean it's made in the USA no harsh chemicals the kind of thing where once you read the label you don't really want to go back to the big brand stuff. does what it says

I have recession on my lower left side that makes everything painful hot coffee cold water even just air sometimes. I've gone through sensodyne colgate sensitive two prescription ones from my dentist. they all helped a little but not enough. this one with the 5% potassium nitrate is doing something different. it's been 6 weeks and that specific spot is genuinely calmer. I follow a few holistic dentistry accounts and vitamin K2 for oral health comes up a lot. finding it in a toothpaste was unexpected and kind of a nice bonus. I mainly bought this for sensitivity (sweets trigger me the worst) and after about a month the sweet sensitivity is much better. still there a tiny bit but nothing that makes me regret eating dessert anymore lol. texture is smooth not gritty and the fresh feeling after brushing is legit. good product

cold sensitivity is what people usually talk about but HOT things were my problem. hot tea hot soup both made me wince. couldn't find much targeted info but the 5% potassium nitrate is supposed to help with heat too and that ended up being true for me. it's been about 5 weeks and hot drinks are not the ordeal they used to be. nice mint-clove flavor no fluoride which was a personal preference of mine and my teeth genuinely look a little whiter which was not even what I was going for. bonus

started oil pulling a few months ago and was using a different toothpaste after. switched to this one and the combination is noticeably better. like the oil pulling + this formula feels like a full system. sensitivity around two of my molars has really calmed down. I eat a lot of acidic stuff (vinegar sauces sparkling water constantly) so having teeth that aren't screaming at me is great. one inch strip lasts a good while too tube has been going for over a month and barely looks touched

I work in animal rescue, where animals with worms are prevalent, so, I am aware of my exposure to then. I've used other parasite cleanses in the past for myself. Never have I ever, seen anything that one could note as a worm in passing stool. Well, this one has. I know it sounds gross but yes. After 1 week on this product I am seeing what looks like dead round worms in my stool. Who knows what else is there that's not visible. I believe I feel better and have more energy too ! I have been reading the reviews about the instructions.I have just started using the product but the insert I thought was pretty easy to understand. All information for dosage and protocol was there. Take daily for 2 weeks , take 3 to 4 weeks off than repeat for 2 weeks. Only do once a year. Take step 1 after meal and step 2 at lease 2 hours after.Unless they have changed things, seems pretty simple.

I found the taste of the ingredients to be mild and agreeable. It did fix my stomach concerns so I am myself again. I had heart palpitations and irregular heartbeat and those have lessened . I'm trying to get my husband to start a round. Overall great experience.
