I highly recommend Dr.Ramani and her YouTube channel on narcissism. She speaks very clearly about this particular personality disorder, how they dominate and control the people and how the victims of this personality start behaving and feeling overtime. It is a very nuanced and sensitive topic and Dr.Ramani articulates this extremely clearly and well. Her videos are extremely educative and I highly recommend them to anyone that is suffering from confusion, brainfog, guilt and a general feeling of not being supported in any kind of relationship to learn more about narcissistic personality.
