Caffe D’arte has one of the best vegetarian gluten free pizza I’ve had in a long time. The crust was so tasty and chewy, and the sauce and toppings came together beautifully. It was delicious and I also liked that they had lots of veggies in the toppings. Try it if you are in Seattle (I had it at the Seattle airport).
