ATX Playground is a must-visit place because it's a culinary incubator. And you never know what you can find there. A cultural incubator basically means that a restaurant incubates or holds space for a couple of months, this month, or at least until the end of this month, there is a Filipino Korean couple selling lots of crispy fried chicken and vegan versions of them too including some noodles tofu and more. My favorite vegetarian versions of them include malor, Taiwanese spice, as well as the goreng version. I would give it 3 and a half stars due to how fresh everything.. No, I would give it 4 stars due to how fresh it is.
